Royce Borgeson defended a case for me in 2021-22 and did an extraordinary job. The plaintiff was suing for an astronomical sum and had been convinced by his lawyers to have more than one unnecessary surgery. Royce showed that his physical damages pre-dated the injury and, after about a year, we settled for much less than was asked for. The plaintiff's lawyers and doctors made money. The plaintiff probably did not get much. Royce did star power work.
