Repairman came out and assessed the situation and had me prepay for the recommended part. Two days later they came back and said that they cannot fix the unit. I was told I would receive a refund which has yet to happen. I called the office yesterday and was told somebody would call me back within an hour. That had not happened either. The machine itself was left in worse condition as now it will not even wash. If zero stars were an option that is what they would get.
