Our dog was diagnosed with Addison’s Disease after collapsing at home and almost passing away. Her after care requires a monthly injection, which would have been incredibly expensive at our current vet. While calling around to find a more affordable option, many vets were not cooperative or forthcoming on the phone. On two different occasions I brought my puppy to the Henderson Animal Hospital for grooming and both times had an awful experience with their groomer, Heather. She was rude, condescending and not pleasant at all to talk or deal with. After raising my concerns with the staff, I was told my complaint would be taken to the boss since they had already had several complaints about Heather in that same month. We took our dog here because they had cheaper exam fees. Turns out, you get what you pay for. Nearly $1,000 worth of tests later, the vet said "I don't know, but she is very sick". Fortunately, because they were closing we had to leave and decided to go elsewhere (Bridgwater in this case). We walk in and after seeing the vet for 2 minutes they're like, "yeah I'm pretty sure that's meningitis". Medication is prescribed, dog is healthy now. Had my first appt. with 2 of my angels in fur coats today. Front end staff is super friendly and helpful. Dr. Singh was great, he checked them both thoroughly, gave them their shots, and discussed my concerns with my one that has allergies with me, and suggested a plan to help manage them better. Best of all, what would have cost me $600-700 at my old vet, was $350 here. All in all complete opposite of my previous vet office. Very happy with everything here.
