My animals r well cared 4. Love the staff. My Pixie was in good hands 4 her surgery.
Took my hamster here to get cremated. They were very sympathetic, caring, and friendly. It was an amazing experience and there were no issues. I was also given a beautiful card with hand drawn art and writing on the envelop along with a piece regarding the rainbow bridge. I appreciate this gesture very much, more than words can say. It made the whole situation a lot easier to manage.
The front deck reception has been nothing but rude, dismissive, and snobby, specifically a recent interaction with one of the girls (Adriene?) I found the lack of empathy, accountability, and professionalism extremely disappointing and friends of ours that also come to Henderson have mentioned having the same experience with her. It’s unfortunate because we like our vet, but she makes the experience uncomfortable.
Our dog was diagnosed with Addison’s Disease after collapsing at home and almost passing away. Her after care requires a monthly injection, which would have been incredibly expensive at our current vet. While calling around to find a more affordable option, many vets were not cooperative or forthcoming on the phone. Henderson walked us through all their pricing, which is far better than anywhere else.
