Stay away! I took my four poodles to this clinic for years, and after poor service and veterinary care, left for somewhere better. When one of my poodles was being neutered. the veterinarian accidentally cut his tummy about 1/2 inch injury two inches away from the neuter site. The wound became infected requiring additional treatment. She also misdiagnosed asthma with one of my poodles requiring medication that never worked, only to find out after going to another veterinary clinic down the road, dogs can't get asthma. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. These people do not have human decency! They should definitely be shut down! Horrible staff! Horrible experience!!
Dr. Alka is rude and was going to hold my dog over $26.50 because her staff didn't tell me I had to pay for his plastic cone even though New Hope covered his neuter. I offered to leave my debit card number and she told me that was illegal, sorry, smart a$$, it's not. She said my contract with New Hope specifically points out 3 things they pay for. they taped my dogs mouth shut with thick medical tape they said they take payments on the phone but when you try to make a payment arrangement with them they try to keep your dog until the bill is paid. when i told them they were not going to keep my dog the tech tried twice to take the carrier off my shoulder. again i told them they were not going to keep my dog. when i left they called the state police on me and tried to have me charged. horrible place i would NOT recommend them to anyone! they abuse animals!

my sister in law brought her little dog in today for throwing up and being sick! they used medical tape and taped her mouth shut tight it left hair loss and sticky tape residue on her muzzle! they tried to take her dog from her! I do not recommend them at all due to there animal abuse! Animal abuse on them for taping this little 10 lb. dogs muzzle shut! that's what muzzles are made for!!!!! so mad and they have also lost my business with my 3 dogs as well! very disgusting people that call themselves vets!
