Bought a tractor from them took it back for warranty work they the manager told me kioti did not cover the axle seals I got ahold of a legitimate kioti dealer and guess what they did cover the seals Hendershot just wanted to burn me on the warranty so they could put more money in there pockets I will never use are recommend this poor excuse of a dealership to anyone they are good at lying to you though I’ll give them that
Quality rental, have rented from them multiple times and youget what you pay. Francisco is always quick to respond to questions or concerns and works with you to get you what you need
Charged an astronomical amount for a repair on a piece of rented equipment. Francisco or Steve were not helpful at all and very accusatory when they sent a machine out with error codes already. Do not rent from here.
Rude and unhelpful employees. Greed has overtaken in there. I’d give Steve abd Francisco both a -5/10
Unreliable rentals, overpriced, and very deceptive business practices. What they advertise is not what you actually get, and they charge way too much for the hassle. I won’t be using them again and I don’t recommend them.
