I dropped off my 75hp tractor on Aug 24th to have some warranty work done, in fact the work to be done was remove 4 bolts that hold up the cabin air filter. The bolts themselves have to be cut off and replaced with new ones and warranty covers this, if you do the work yourself, then you have to buy the parts or just drop off your tractor and they will cover it. We moved from out of state and it was refreshing to have the customer service that was provided. I will definitely be coming back to Hendershot anytime I need heavy equipment rental.
