I don’t know how this doctor could continue practicing. She has very bad bedside manners. Does not listen to what the patient is saying. If I could’ve left a zero rating I would. And by the looks of it, it doesn’t look like I’m the only one feeling the same way. She has a lot of bad reviews. I think she should give up practicing because this doctor sure has an attitude I would never ever recommend anybody to her ever again.
Heed the bad reviews of this Dr. I pressed my mom to keep going to find out what has been wrong with her for quite some time now. She has been having hip issues and has now fallen 4 times since last may. I was hoping that this was going to be our answer. I was very wrong. If i could give ZERO stars I would. This dr DISMISSED everything my mother said about her knees and hips and was more focused on the hypothyroid and anxiety which was not why we were there. I have had two appointments with Dr Bouali. The staff was very professional, kind & compassionate. However, my experience with Dr. Bouali was anything but that. I feel as if she dismissed me prior to even seeing me. I was invalidated & interrupted, & never got an opportunity to fully explain or elaborate on my symptoms. She was not an engaged listener, & clearly had a preconceived notion regarding me prior to seeing me. Absolutely the worst, uncaring and unprofessional Dr. She is completely incompetent and speaks out of her field. Assessed pain levels without ever asking. Notes on chart are assumptive and inaccurate. Run for the hills if you are referred.
