Rude staff.
Very rude and disrespectful staff! I had to call the office and am honestly very disappointed in the way I was spoken to. You handle the health care of human beings and this is how you treat people on the phone?!?! I would hate to have to see how things are handled in person. I was also left on hold for over 20 minutes then the line just ended. By the time I tried to call back, the office was closed. What a coincidence! Thanks for the absolute no help at all.
Dr Aljundi is amazing! Always listens and cares about her patient's- love her!!!
Dr Aljundi herself is amazing. I trust her judgment and she always knows what I’m talking about and how to address it. I’m on the verge of finding a new Dr, however, because I have very little trust in the quality of care I receive sometimes, purely because it’s being coordinated by an office staff member who is not only dismissive and rude, but seems incredibly ill-suited for her job.
