Dr. Deserves 5 stars, she is patient, understand, listens to your concerns and truly seems to care about her patients. Her office staff on the other hand is horrible to deal with, she’s rude, does not listen to what you have to say, cuts you off and put you on long holds when she doesn’t want to deal with you and the reason your calling. This has been consistent with my last three interactions with her. Great doctor but terrible office staff. Front desk lady that answers the phone I quite rude and occasionally unprofessional.
Dr Aljundi is wonderful, one of the only doctor’s I trust with my health. HOWEVER Her current person running the front desk is atrocious!!! Rude, incompetent, does not care about health or patient privacy (Literally asked if people were related to me because we have the same last name, said they were patients there then told me they owe the office money.) I am in the middle of a semi emergency health issue but need primary care coordination- this person has stated numerous times "they did not send the results" and questioned... read more
