Rude receptionist. Not sure on dental service yet as appointments been cancelled but Receptionist needs some training for sure. Very rude and couldn’t sound much more unhappy to be honest . Zero people skills. Hung up on me when getting another appointment in. Needs some training in being more professional and as I said to her if you want people to treat you with respect then you should be respectful to others. Janet the dentist and her assistant Cora are both so patient and caring really can't fault them at all. All my dental work here has been great I've been coming to this practice for since 1976! When I was a small child!
Reception staff were so nice but the acctual dentist was passive aggressive and also messed my tooth up bad causing a Iot of pain and had to change dentists
I was absolutely petrified of the going to the dentist but Emma was fantastic told me everything that was happening. I'm now smiling again kind regards Kenneth
I' m so happy with my care so far from Hencotes practice, I've seen two different dentists there and they've been great. I would recommend them and appreciate their work.
