Pretty rude receptionist, definitely requires training. Avoid Emma the dental surgeon, she's ruthless.
Wish i could give zero star , i went last Monday to have 2 side teeth removed for my braces and had an awful experience , the receptionist was rude on the phone and in person , she need to be taught basic manners , the actual dentist who extracted my teeth did an awful job its been a week and im still in excruciating pain , she snapped my tooth so the root is still in my mouth and said at the time she cant take it out , it was unfortunate and i had to get it taken out at hospital , I've not been able to sleep , eat or drink ... read more

Rude receptionist. Not sure on dental service yet as appointments been cancelled but Receptionist needs some training for sure. Very rude and couldn’t sound much more unhappy to be honest . Zero people skills. Hung up on me when getting another appointment in. Needs some training in being more professional and as I said to her if you want people to treat you with respect then you should be respectful to others. Janet the dentist and her assistant Cora are both so patient and caring really can't fault them at all. All my dental work here has been great I've been coming to this practice for since 1976! When I was a small child!
