I joined Hench 18 months ago, after trying various gyms and personal trainers over the years but nothing stuck. The atmosphere in Hench is friendly and welcoming. When you arrive you get you're own rack and weights for the session, so you can work through you're own routine, without having to weight for equipment to free up. Hench is honestly one of the best gyms l've ever been to. The coaches are absolutely incredible — they were the ones who introduced me to lifting, something I was super nervous about before joining. They made the whole process feel safe. What really sets Hench apart is how every coach remembers everything about you: your goals, your progress, even the little details. It makes every session feel personal and makes coming to the gym fun and something I actually look forward to.

I've been training at Hench for just over two years now and its been fab - I wouldn't go anywhere else! The equipment is excellent, there’s lots of variety in the workouts, and everyone is there for the same goal. I particularly love being able to book a slot and knowing the equipment i want for my workout is reserved for me. Everyone’s friendly, and there’s a real sense of community with nice events happening through the year with different local businesses.
