Joined Hench a few months ago and have been very impressed. Great staff who are extremely well qualified and very much technique based which is perfect. Factories are modern and spotless. Sessions are limited in numbers, which means no waiting around for machines.
I’ve never been into the gym before, but this place honestly made it easy to get started. The space is clean, well-equipped, and never overcrowded thanks to their booking system—you just reserve your slot and everything’s ready for you. The atmosphere is super welcoming, and the energy is always great. Special shoutout to Coach Conor, Jey, and Joseph—each of them brings something unique and motivating to the sessions. Couldn’t ask for a better place to work out!
I’ve been training with HENCH for a while now and I’m really happy with the experience. The equipment is well-maintained, the space is clean, and there’s a good variety for all types of workouts. The staff are friendly, supportive, and always ready to help if you need guidance. It has a great atmosphere—motivating without being overwhelming. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a consistent and welcoming place to work out.
