I’ve been a loyal patient at this office for over 15 years and have referred my entire family here, but after my last visit, I’m finding a new dentist. I arrived at 9:25 AM for an appointment I was told was at 9:30 (the mailed reminder even said 10:00). As soon as I walked in and said good morning, the dentist didn’t even greet me back instead, she rudely accused me of being late and spoke to me in an unprofessional tone right in front of my two sons, who also had appointments, and another young man in the office. This office double book their appointments. The Dr. is rude with horrible customer service.
Things happen for a reason. I was pleased with everything. Dr. Hence was thorough, took her time and educated me (my teeth are squeaky clean). I am glad that she's my new dentist, things happen for a reason.
