I am an elder now and have experienced many health care providers. Hena Shah is BY FAR the best I've had in every regard. She is professional, while still remaining reachable. She is an excellent listener and asks very good questions. She is honest and factual without being judgmental. Hena advises, never lectures. If unsure about anything she will do the research. Never patronizing, Hena Shah has been a true partner in my health. Suzanne Merriman
