I met a friend here for breakfast today as this is one of her favorite spots. The coffee and food were excellent and their customer service is abhorrent. They are actually well staffed for such a small service space which was nice to see (3 wait staff and a front of house manager). The first issue happened with adding an over-medium egg to a BLT. The prices are a little high for what's offered, but the great experience and service made it a worthwhile visit overall. Glad I checked it out!

They started a new service. They charge an extra 15% gratuity for orders placed over the phone. What kind of crap is that? Their French toast is good, but not that good. They make a lot of money otherwise so why charge 15% gratuity? What is the gratuity for? For someone to bring us the French toast from the kitchen to the car? Absolutely ridiculous.
