Andrew is a very honest mechanic. All work we’ve had done at the shop was completed timely and his rates are very fair. Love to support local businesses wherever we can. We are fortunate to have this shop in the Cowichan Valley.
The work got done in the end is the best I can say about my experience at Hemstalk. The customer service was atrocious with no communication unless I called them. The upgrade took longer than I was quoted, they kept the truck overnight with no indication beforehand this might be the case, and charged over what the original quote was. They didn't call me to ensure I was okay with the extra cost and work, instead they decided for me what work would be completed.
