Question’s I had were answered by the tech and he came to to house the next day and checked out our water softener and took care of the issue quickly! Very happy with everyone at Hempy!
I had an employee come check my water softener that we installed ourselves. They were quick to get someone out and very friendly. He was so helpful and informative. Followed through on what he said he was going to do. Highly recommend.
I appreciate Jason coming to take care of our water needs. He is very courteous and gives good advice about water testing. He is always on time and brings the salt to the basement for me.
