I have attended two seminars that they put on about tax collection and found them to be very informative. A young lady named Foula was amazing. She took her time and went through all my paperwork with me. These people are an incredible resource for the community. Thank you for your help!
Bills are never mailed out on time , what a joke !
I've never had a bad experience speaking with any staff at this office. My discrepancy is the amount of times I called to update my address and over a year later failed to receive any tax bill. I have paid thousands of dollars in late fees due to this. And have yet to come to a solution. Is my mail person throwing my tax bills out? This feel like a scam at this point. First week in January if I do not get my bill, I will be at the post office.
When not busy easy to pay your taxes good service
I called for taxes because I need to know in order to purchase a property. the woman who answered the phone in the tax department really hates her job. She was the most uncooperative person I ever talk too. The website isnt self explanatory. What do people do when they call for info if the Person working on the other end blows you off!!
