Relatively easy to navigate, especially since there are so many different items, e.g., kind of tax, payment amount, due dates, and late dates.
The women working there are always angry the ones in the desk by where you pay taxes . Their desk are full of food and so messy . I saw one of them have a weed vaping device on her desk !!! I am over here working my ass off in life to get above others and here they are working at a government facility completely looking like homeless people dressed like they can’t afford some black pants and a decent shirt . I have attended two seminars that they put on about tax collection and found them to be very informative. A young lady named Foula was amazing. She took her time and went through all my paperwork with me. These people are an incredible resource for the community. Thank you for your help!
Bills are never mailed out on time , what a joke !
I've never had a bad experience speaking with any staff at this office. My discrepancy is the amount of times I called to update my address and over a year later failed to receive any tax bill. I have paid thousands of dollars in late fees due to this. And have yet to come to a solution. Is my mail person throwing my tax bills out? This feel like a scam at this point. First week in January if I do not get my bill, I will be at the post office.
