Google says theyre closed on Sundays but theyre not and they know Google is wrong yet they expect you to show up to a “closed” tow yard if you “really wanted your car”. Theres a special place down below for tow companies.
Car got towed on Friday and thought the storage center was closed on the weekends because of their posted hours. THEY ARE OPEN ON THE WEEKENDS, they just hate to take phone calls. I called them at 7:37 am on saturday and no answer and left a voicemail. Called three more times between 8:30-9am and no answer. Finally got a call back at 9:42 am saying they would have someone at the storage center within the hour. I was able to get my car, but they charge $330 for one day. A lot of waiting time
This place is absolute trash!! Tow your vehicle for an outrageous fee even after providing documents stating you had an appointment at parking lot we were parked in. They take SUCH JOY doing it as well. Nothing but incompetent, not helpful, rude!!
