A lot of waiting time
This place is absolute trash!! Tow your vehicle for an outrageous fee even after providing documents stating you had an appointment at parking lot we were parked in. They take SUCH JOY doing it as well. Nothing but incompetent, not helpful, rude!!
They towed my car because I got arrested and must have left the lights on because my car wouldn't start when I went to get it. Then they charged me to jump off my car...which they didn't do. Then charged me me another 25 to pull my car out front. Rip off artists at best. I hope I never have to see them ever again!!
Obviously they're drivers don't know how to drive, because they scratched the pain off my wide view mirror which was closed inwards due to it hitting something on the side while towing. Tell your drivers to take a driver's course and come back.
