Good lot to drop off cars i just off cars a couple of times a week
Service was terrible, workers very disrespectful and don’t explain just catch an attitude. Worst tow yard I’ve ever been too hands down don’t get your car towed over by Hempstead and magnum they’re terrible!!
This place is trash. They illegally towed my car from Cedar Creek when I had a receipt to prove that I was there. I had the tow man arguing with me via text, saying he had cameras showing I walked away—which I did, to meet with friends on the other side of the parking lot, to immediately walk into Cedar Creek with. This place is trying to steal your money and make a quick dollar off of illegal towing. I was told that I had to wait an hour to get my car back after their mistake. They tow your car any chance they get. TERRIBLE customer service and they try to keep your car as long as they can.
