Dr. Hemphill takes the time to listen and prescribe what is needed. Have never felt rushed and consider him to be a compassionate doctor.
Dr. Hemphill has been as professional and compassionate as you hope for in the many years I've been a patient. He's an avid listener and caregiver wanting the best outcome of any conditions or concerns. He's one I recommend to others who have experienced the same treatment with him.
He is just a rude doctor that doesn't care about the patient. He feels as though he knows everything that is going on with the patient even before you talk to him and is very dismissive. He does not take the time to listen and is not personable at all. Worst doctor I have ever seen.
My husband and I have been new patients for the past 14 months. We are very pleased with the care we receive from Dr. Shane D. Hemphil and all of his staff! They are very responsive to our needs, med refills, and have good communication. If not open and their is an urgent concern, their advice has been spot on to get to an Urgent care or ER.
