Dr Hemphill and the entire staff are always welcoming and greet you with a smiling face. The office is very cute and clean. We chose to do the Invisalign type treatment for my 13 year old. We are so pleased with the final result. It was finished on the lower end of the range of months to complete the treatment. I would happily recommend this office to any friend or family member 😊

We’ve had a fantastic experience with our orthodontist! From the very first visit, the entire team was warm, caring, and professional. They always ran on time, which we really appreciated with our busy schedule. Most importantly, they did a wonderful job with our son—making him feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. We couldn’t be happier with the care he received. Highly recommend!
I want to give a shout out to this practice. I had an issue, but I want to tell you how they went over and beyond to help me get this issue resolved. They are working on resolution and I can only say that each and every member of the staff has assisted with taking care of this issue from the provider to the office manager. Filing fraudulent claims when they were notified that treatment ended in June 27, 2025. Still accept the payment from my insurance in August and not refunding the Insurance the portion that they’re not entitled to they only was entitled to banding only and I think they may have done one adjustment can’t really tell because her teeth didn’t move.
