I had to chase my order down and received it 3 weeks after order was placed. I was told I would receive 2 bottles for my trouble, but only received one. Terrible order fulfillment and customer service.

While the products are great, the customer service is not. I placed an order for 4 bottles of CBD at the end of November 2020 and still have not received my full order (1 bottle was shipped after several weeks of asking where my order was - with a packing slip that said 4 bottles were included). I've asked for a refund, I've asked for my order to be fulfilled ASAP within the last few days (it's 1/13/21) and have had zero response. I have only ever used the online store, but I order every month (about 6 months now)for my dog's CBD. The service has always been prompt, courteous, and the product helps him with his arthritis. Highly reccomend.

To keep this as brief as possible, my wife and I have tried several different kinds of CBD products from several different vendors. I heard about Hemp Magik through an interview on The Survival Podcast and gave them a shot. I'm glad I did, their sublingual oil is the most effective CBD product we've used.
