A few years ago I got both nipples pierced at hemp by Brandy. The marks looked good and I said go ahead and pierce. When I got home and got the first chance to really look them over without someone trying to rush me out, I noticed BOTH nipples were done horrendously crooked in every way possible and completely missed the marks. There were a number of green flags for me about this business: requiring children to have numbing cream before piercing, minimum age of 5, and pictures all over the walls to distract kids during their piercing. Even then, I was not prepared for how incredible the artist would be. My 5 year old was looking like she was ready to leave when we first got in the room, but the artist was very patient and ensured our child consent could be withdrawn at any time. What a fun shop!! I could have spent my kids inheritance. My limited budget reined me in unfortunately but I truly enjoyed my search for treasures. I left with a long sheet tunic and a bracelet. The singing bowls were lovely. I really wish I could have bought them all!! The owner was so kind and helpful, I truly wish her the very best. Thank you for a lovely experience
I personally had a very bad experience at Hemp 2000 getting a piercing done. Shortly after getting my conch pierced I got a terrible blood infection and was hospitalized for four days. DO NOT GO HERE, it is very dangerous.
