I went in and ordered a glass top for my dining room table. I was told "they'll put a nice beveled edge on it". The delivery guy tried to leave the glass on my sofa rather than unwrapping it and putting it ON THE TABLE. He said "They may charge an additional installation fee for this!" And pouted the entire time he was taking plastic wrap off. There is no beveled edge on the glass as I was told there would be. It is an 1/8" long and hangs off my table. Rude and unprofessional. Can’t believe this guy is in business
Sidney location - When you call a glass expert and they can't do simple math conversions you know you're in trouble. Ordered glass, the guy never called me back, until I emailed and vocally complained to the operator and he lied and said he called and left a message. Horrible service run by an absolutely lazy useless liar. Stay away.
