I have used him several times to serve people for my firm. I think that he does a wonderful job, and always goes above and beyond. There have been times where others have failed and he has been able to patiently wait and have the person served for me. What I really like is that he keeps his composure, and he wears a body camera to make sure that there is evidence. Tells you one thing, then gives you excuses when deadlines can't be met. I hired him to serve contempt paperwork on my ex and he assured me he'd get it done. I told him to be cautious as she's had a stalker and to proceed with caution. I also told him that I have a deadline. He said no problem and I didn't mind paying the expedited fee. He then starts making excuses after I asked him if he was able to serve the document that day and tries to dismiss his actions as if they're permissible for a process server. I contacted Hemming Legal for their process serving service and received a response the same day about what it entails. This was my first time having to serve anyone and Niles helped explain the whole process to me. He was able to serve the person the same week, provide proof, and submit the filling. He kept me up to date throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Hemming Legal for process serving needs.

Niles provides great service; he helped me the same day, and I would recommend him to anyone in need of serving legal documents, as he records everything with a body cam it ensures nothing gets held up in court later on.
