never answer phones rings and rings and rings
I have tried to call a number of times to have the name of the lawyer I had taken off and a new one at another firm added. No one answered the phone. After holding and having it ring for at minimum 10 minutes. it's like calling the IRS.
Great experience! Mr. Hemming is very knowledgeable and offered excellent guidance. I had spoken to several other attorneys that left me feeling like they were just there to take my money. Mr. Hemming however had my best interest in mind in all regards. It is very clear he cares about his clients. He sets clear expectations and is proactive with asking questions and performing research. I truly can’t say enough about my wonderful experience dealing with him. You should feel very confident having his firm in your corner!
