Completely Unprofessional Staff. Rude and try to rush you off the phone. They act as though they are responsible for directing your call and matching you with the right attorney in the firm but then are unable to make critical thought decisions based on basic case parameters to assist in making the connection. They will waste half your time interrupting you about your case details, and then tell you they don't have the requisite knowledge to advise you on who your counsel should be.
