Just speaking on behalf of my husband a army veteran . We went through the Dublin VA which sent him to the hemlock pain clinic for pain management for severe Sciatia and back pain treatment. We have been here previously but its been a few years. no problems for those services. Was injured at work in August 2024. My doctor submitted a referral for pain management over 10 months ago, yet every facility he’s sent me to either refuses to accept patients or gives me the runaround. The last intake coordinator who called after reviewing my MRI results — which showed multiple herniated and bulging discs, muscle tears, and injuries to my back, shoulder, and knee — was shocked I wasn't already in treatment. As a hopeful new patient, I scheduled ahead of time for this location agreeing to the schedule they have to see new patients in Dublin. I was let down as this business didn’t plan accordingly today, 12/03/2024. I was informed, around 11am today, if I wanted to keep my appointment it would be at the Warner Robins location. I am so blessed to have them as my pain management group. They are very professional and very knowledgeable. I have been to multiple doctors and none were able to help me with my condition. Others feared to touch my back, spinal damage from an auto accident. For 4 years I have had to deal with excruciating pain.
