Update: Management's response below proves my point about the lack of communication and empathy. My complaint was not about demanding restricted medications or conflicting with regulations, it was about being treated with disrespect by the front desk and spoken down to by the doctor. Just speaking on behalf of my husband a army veteran . We went through the Dublin VA which sent him to the hemlock pain clinic for pain management for severe Sciatia and back pain treatment. We have been here previously but its been a few years. no problems for those services. Was injured at work in August 2024. My doctor submitted a referral for pain management over 10 months ago, yet every facility he’s sent me to either refuses to accept patients or gives me the runaround. As a hopeful new patient, I scheduled ahead of time for this location agreeing to the schedule they have to see new patients in Dublin. I was let down as this business didn’t plan accordingly today, 12/03/2024. I was informed, around 11am today, if I wanted to keep my appointment it would be at the Warner Robins location.
