As a hopeful new patient, I scheduled ahead of time for this location agreeing to the schedule they have to see new patients in Dublin. I was let down as this business didn’t plan accordingly today, 12/03/2024. I was informed, around 11am today, if I wanted to keep my appointment it would be at the Warner Robins location. I am so blessed to have them as my pain management group. They are very professional and very knowledgeable. I have been to multiple doctors and none were able to help me with my condition. Others feared to touch my back, spinal damage from an auto accident. For 4 years I have had to deal with excruciating pain. They have great manners and are always concerned with my pain and discomfort. Thank you all for everything! This is the most pathetic excuse for a doctor office I have ever seen. I will be filling a complaint with the State of Georgia Composite Medical Board against this farce of a business. They lie about you and cop attitude if you attempt to defend yourself. They make appointments for you and don't show up the day of your appointment. They force you to drive to Macon to honor appointments made in Dublin. They don't call you and advise that they won't be at their office on your appointment date.
