I would not recommend booking this cabin/with this company based on our experience. Before we ever arrived, we had multiple payment-related issues that required weeks of back and forth to resolve. The full balance was pulled incorrectly, I received messages saying our payment had been declined despite providing screenshots showing the charge and confirmation, and it took repeated communication before the payment was finally located and confirmed. This company is not professional or trustworthy. My reservation was cancelled. My money has not been returned. Cody does not respond to calls or emails.

We stayed at Gi-Pa’s Getaway for Christmas and had the best time! The cabin and views were beautiful and all of the kids loved the games and entertainment provided. Cody was great and we definitely plan to use Hemlock Hills Cabin Rental again.

Avoid Hemlock Hills Cabin Rentals and Cody Hibbard — A Nightmare Experience Our problems began the moment Cody took over management. We had installed our own locks, but without any discussion or authorization, he removed them and replaced them with his own — claiming it was “easier for his portal.” The issue?
