Know what you are paying for before you leave. They may not tell you. I took my cat into Hemlock Bluffs Animal Hospital for a check up and mat removal. I was told the clinic had a shampoo that would help with the mats and I agreed to try it. I paid on the way out, (with cat in arms) with my credit card--therefore only seeing a total amount and not an itemized accounting of what I was paying for. Always treated professionally and friendly. The staff shows genuine passion for the animals. Always a follow up for procedures no matter how minor they may be. My "boys" are always in good hands there.

Loves my Chihuahua like she belongs to them!! This is by far the best vet around. We have moved around Wake County over the last 20 years and switched vets several times and have never been as impressed as much as we have with Dr.Snyder. We had to have our Yorkie put down six years ago and this practice went above and beyond helping us thru this most difficult time. Finally a year ago, we brought in a new puppy unexpectedly. Painful Guess work Here. Although the staff are attentive and kind, they are working under the Illusion that the supposed Veterinarian by the Name of "Hanna Cook" has any Diagnostic skill at all, I would, in afterthought, Trust a Pygmy Witch Doctor before I'd ever allow that Quack to even read a thermometer accurately.
Our "kids" love going to the doctor – We've been working with Dr. Synder and her team for 10+ years and it's been the most wonderful experience. They've taken us through regular checkups, a broken leg, torn muscles, surgeries and sadly helped us say goodbye to our sweet Buca. When Bentley RUNS to their front door it's true testament of his love (and ours) for our Hemlock Bluffs family!
They are all awesome there. Our pug Pugsley loves being there for grooming , visits and boarding. Every member of the staff is just so great!
My wife and I recently moved to the area and we were looking for a animal hospital for our 4 cats and one dog. They are like our children and we want the very best for them. That being said, we could not be any happier with the staff at Hemlock Bluffs. Their kindness and professionalism is top notch. I would highly recommend Hemlock Bluffs to anyone in need of of exceptional veterinary care.
