Beyond expectations!!!!! My pup has been battling uveitis and secondary glaucoma for a few months now. We are new to the area and needed to see a specialist as her glaucoma is worsening. Dr. Snyder worked us in that afternoon. She immediately referred us to a specialist who also got us in immediately. The staff was very friendly and extremely thorough. Super nice vet I just went to this hospital and had a great experience. I have never seen a place so clean! The doctors and staff were so nice and it was great to come to a place where everybody seemed so happy to be there. I felt like we got great care at a reasonable price, will definately be going back.
Love this practice! These guys are so great with exotic pets. They have the best technology using lasers. I have taken my pets here for over 10 years. I really feel comfortable with them in their care.
Best cat vet Very nice hospital, clean, well kept. A lot more services than most vets and seems like staff is really professional. Not a bunch of high school kids like I am used to. Really liked the waiting room--comfy!

Good vets do exist I have gone through 3 vets since I moved to Raleigh from Ohio. I thought maybe there weren't any good vets around here. Finally I found one, so just thought I would let others know out there, there is hope. Kilo (my dog) has special needs. The doctor there looked at her chart before my appointment. The other two places I went to didn't even bother. She was ready for the appointment and Kilo's care seems to so far be very smooth. Kilo is kind of picky too, and they seemed to hit it off. Best vet experience ever! I took Carolyn, my 12 yo cat, to see Dr. Snyder. She has kidney failure. I just moved from Florida where I absolutely loved my vet. I never thought I would find another vet that was as good, but I did. She was so sweet with Carolyn, and she is unfortunately a handful. Her staff was really nice to, I have never met a better group of folks and would highly recommend them to anyone!
Loves my Chihuahua like she belongs to them!! This is by far the best vet around. We have moved around Wake County over the last 20 years and switched vets several times and have never been as impressed as much as we have with Dr.Snyder. We had to have our Yorkie put down six years ago and this practice went above and beyond helping us thru this most difficult time. Finally a year ago, we brought in a new puppy unexpectedly. Painful Guess work Here. Although the staff are attentive and kind, they are working under the Illusion that the supposed Veterinarian by the Name of "Hanna Cook" has any Diagnostic skill at all, I would, in afterthought, Trust a Pygmy Witch Doctor before I'd ever allow that Quack to even read a thermometer accurately.
