I have heard several complaints of customers being harassed and treated as though they were stealing just because they do not fit in with the cookie cutter, white, blond employees (classic pretty woman scenario). I have money to spend but I do not condone such prejudice. Will not be getting my money.
I walked into your store yesterday with my sisters and I was completely shocked and disgusted at how the older white, blonde employee, maybe owner treated me. She followed me around the entire store, checked racks after I walked by them and then urged me out as I was leaving. She watched my every move as if I was going to steal something. I understand how shocking it must be to have a person with colored hair and tattoos walk into your store. Frightening. love this amazing and much needed addition to Oxford! Store is beautiful and the girls are so great! my favorites,Renee and Claire, are both super sweet, sooo honest (which we all need), and they have amazing style!!
