Hemleys goes out of their way for all their local customers like any small town business used to back before larger chain days. The guys they always send out are efficient and informative. The office staff is more than helpful and friendly as well!
I'm a renter an well I was informed by my landlord to have the lid ready for Hemley's arrival. I was like of course so I dug up what I thought was the correct lid to extract what they needed. Well I was incorrect. Jacob, the driver/pumper explained to me that he needed 2 BIGGER lids. I laughed grabbed my shovel and he helped me dig them up. Very professional and extremely helpful/informative he was. Thanks Hemley's for showing this old dog new tricks.
Will from hemleys came out and pumped our septic, he was amazing great customer service on time and exceptional work. when I called in they got me on the schedule for the very next day.
Hemleys has been the only company to service my septic tank. this time the customer service was terrible. We recieved no phone call prior to arrival. The serviceman gave misleading information and was extremely unprofessional. The company was unapologetic and disregarded the issue. I will not use them again and have taken my business elsewhere.

Called Hemley's out to pump my grandmother's septic. The gentleman who came to do the pumping was courteous and managed to reach a difficult spot without damaging her gardens. He even made sure we got the best deal possible from his own company. I'm thankful beyond reason for anyone who goes the extra mile for her.
Thanks to Christi and Jerry for their great and professional septic service. I finally did my septic tank inspection done and I thought it was going to be expensive. But Hemley has the best prices. Trust me!! I did call around and Hemley by far is the best. Once again thanks!!
