Bought a house in Gig Harbor just moved in and started my first load of laundry and wham this very loud alarm went off so me running around freaked out and crying because I had no idea what the heck it was 🤪 long story short you guys came out that day everything turned out ok but just wanted to thank you guys that came wow such nice guys!! That means a lot I’m one of those gals that kinda freak when a Man comes to my home to do repairs and stuff and my Husband isn’t home so I totally recommend this company ! 😃

This is our first rodeo with a septic system, so we were a little unsure when it came time to have the system pumped for the first time. Hemley’s got us onto the schedule quickly, potential costs were clearly discussed ahead of time, and the technician was on time and courteous. The technician even took the time to educate me on basic maintenance I should be performing between pump outs. We received 5 star service all the way around!
I had a problem and Hemley's responded withing a day. Will was awesome--quick, knowlegeable and friendly.
Contacted Hemley's to have my septic inspected for home sale. Glad I did. They were quick to get the initial inspection, and were able to get my system repaired and through county inspection. Best part was Deana kept me informed every step of the way.
I have had my homes serviced by Hemley's septic for 20 years. I called for service yesterday and spoke with Deana and she was nothing less than positive, helpful, and friendly. When the truck arrived Will was professional, friendly, and did a first class job! Thank you all so much!
