I contacted hemleys during October 27th for a full septic tank that appeared to be failing. On Oct 27th they came out replaced a burned out pump and stated there was drawdown issues on our lateral lines. The 29th they came out again to try and diagnose/fix the issue. Eventually while we were at work they left, I got no phone call or communication and the massive hole in our yard filled back in destroying the landscape.
