I worked at this dunghole back in 2019. They’ve had many complaints from at least one recruiting agency and have all the problems typically found at small labs including demanding overtime, lack of training new employees due to the senior chemists and managers always being busy, inadequate training, etc. Small labs like this lack a proper HR department so you’ll see many things go wrong. Working at this lab is highly questionable.
