The beds are the most uncomfortable beds I (and everyone in the house) have ever experienced. The property manager suggested to put a sheet or plastic on the outdated beat sofa that already has rips and stains on it. The furnishings are outdated and odd. You can’t use the ceiling fans for some strange reason. The downstairs bedroom is in back of the garage with no direct access to your unit. Great place to stay with family.
The condo is in a very good location. The bedrooms are all good size and bathrooms are clean and nice. The beds were all queen size but weren't very comfortable. For the premium rental rates, the furniture and amenities were unacceptable. Couches and chairs were old and uncomfortable. The living room TV was tiny. The kitchen was barely stocked with anything. For the rates they charge, they need to step up the furnishings big time. Definitely won't pay those rates again.
It was an amazing place 4 Families stayed here plenty of room. It's right near the boardwalk and beach on 17th and Surf Ave.
My family and I stayed here for a long memorial weekend. Condo was very clean- rooms spacious. Sam was very pleasant to work with and attentive. We will definitely be back to stay!! Thank you again Sam we had a very nice time!!
