Hernan and his team knocked it out of the park for our wedding, and was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the process. Hernan helped us tailor the “Parrilla Latina” menu to ensure we had the right mix for our group, and provided all the equipment (and staff!) needed to deliver a special meal for our guests. We had an absolutely incredible experience working with Hemibry for catering for our wedding in October 2023. From the beginning, Hernan and everyone else we worked with made the experience easy, and both the food and service they provided was exceptional. Hernan and his catering company exceeded me and my wife's expectations. He was friendly and professional. We hired them for our wedding (55 people, played), and provided excellent service from the start of cocktail hour to the end of the reception. The food, the staff, and the set up were all amazing! We would 100 percent recommend using them!
