Dr. Purohit is a very experienced and knowledgeable urologist. He performed my 20-year-old son's circumcision, and we couldn't have asked for better care. From the first consultation, he explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made my son feel comfortable and confident about the procedure. I debated leaving this review for a while. When I went in for my appointment I overheard the front desk ladies talking bad about another worker. On top of that they gossiped and spoke negatively of one of their patients. When I saw the doctor he was very dismissive of all my concerns. Did not listen and felt like he did not care. Why go into medicine if you do not care for the well being of others. Everyone in here is very unkind. Especially the front lady office worker with black hair. No one here cares about you. My experience with Dr. Purohit at Hemet Valley Urology was extremely disappointing. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and the level of care was far below what a patient should expect from a specialist. The communication was poor, and I left every appointment feeling dismissed and unheard. I would not recommend Dr. Purohit or this practice to anyone looking for compassionate, attentive, and professional urological care.

I had a really disappointing experience with Dr. Purohit. From the moment I sat down, he was condescending, dismissive, and acted like he was doing me a favor just by being in the room. He hadn't even contacted the doctor who referred me--despite the imaging and context coming directly from them. Instead, he criticized the PA who sent me, sarcastically pointing out that "he's not a doctor," as if that made the referral meaningless. This doctor is a joke. My husband had a procedure done and is trying to explain the symptoms he is having since the procedure. The doctor said I can remove the stent if you thinks that the problem. My husband asked if there was imaging they could to make sure it is placed correctly and that there isn't other problems and the doctors response was oh no I either say its good or bad and I say its good. Will be calling the Abundsman with a complaint against this office.
