My experience with Dr. Purohit at Hemet Valley Urology was extremely disappointing. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and the level of care was far below what a patient should expect from a specialist. The communication was poor, and I left every appointment feeling dismissed and unheard. I would not recommend Dr. Purohit or this practice to anyone looking for compassionate, attentive, and professional urological care.

I had a really disappointing experience with Dr. Purohit. From the moment I sat down, he was condescending, dismissive, and acted like he was doing me a favor just by being in the room. He hadn't even contacted the doctor who referred me--despite the imaging and context coming directly from them. Instead, he criticized the PA who sent me, sarcastically pointing out that "he's not a doctor," as if that made the referral meaningless. This doctor is a joke. My husband had a procedure done and is trying to explain the symptoms he is having since the procedure. The doctor said I can remove the stent if you thinks that the problem. My husband asked if there was imaging they could to make sure it is placed correctly and that there isn't other problems and the doctors response was oh no I either say its good or bad and I say its good. Will be calling the Abundsman with a complaint against this office.

The office personel are rude and inconsiderate. They will give you appointments for 12:30 even though the office doesn't actually open until 1pm. When I called to ask them why they do that they get offended and make it see like it is your fault they are rude. I went to the office at the appointment time but they were closed. When they finally opened that day they never bothered to call me to ask why I was not there. The girl never apologized for the inconvience this office caused.
