Avoid this place. What happened here was humiliating, and I’m still furious about it. The nurse cleared me for a vasectomy consultation a week prior. While I sat waiting (the doctor is now 30 minutes late) I heard the doctor — through a door so thin it might as well not have been there — laughing and mocking the idea of me getting the procedure. Dr. Purohit is a very experienced and knowledgeable urologist. He performed my 20-year-old son's circumcision, and we couldn't have asked for better care. From the first consultation, he explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made my son feel comfortable and confident about the procedure. I debated leaving this review for a while. When I went in for my appointment I overheard the front desk ladies talking bad about another worker. On top of that they gossiped and spoke negatively of one of their patients. When I saw the doctor he was very dismissive of all my concerns. Did not listen and felt like he did not care. Why go into medicine if you do not care for the well being of others. Everyone in here is very unkind. Especially the front lady office worker with black hair. No one here cares about you.
