My experience at the Hemet emergency room was unexpected. The care, compassion and kindness shown my family and my sister were top notch. From the moment I walked in to check on my sister, I was impressed. Christine, the front desk person immediately got up to check on my sister. I wasn’t able to see her immediately, but when a doctor came out to talk to me and understood my sister’s wishes, he immediately took me back to see her. Where do I start not a very good experience first off the nurse up front at the triage center was very rude she's understand that people here are sick and don't feel well and they don't always hear things the first time so just very rude once you get in the back it's nothing but chaos
