Doi una (1) estrella , porque no puedo dar (0)... Recibí inúmeras llamadas de Temécula Valey Imagen pidiendo para programar una cita para hacer un fluoroscopy. El numero de teléfono que me dieron, no contestan nunca. Pasé toda la tarde de hoy, julio 19, llamando, contestan y cuelgan. HICE 8 LLAMADAS Y NO LOGRÉ HABLAR!!! Eso es frustrante!
I really like HVI. They get you right in and right out, no waiting in the office like the other imaging places. The workers there are very nice and very efficient! I would like for hvi to get the patient portal though.
Every time I go there the service is awesome all the girls there are friendly and they know there jobs exceptionally well I love going there again there awesome
Love this office, I've never had a negative experience here. Very professional and kind.
The facility is one of the worst medical and imaging locations I have ever been to. In this day and age of internet and electronic, it is ridiculous and illogical that it takes so long to transfer the x-rays to a doctor. Also the.plave is not sanitary.
