The Dr. is awesome , but when lenses went bad the lab broke frame . Want me to pay for their screw up . Not only pay they said they'd give me 70% discount, oakley wants 187 but after 70% off they want 186. How insulting.
The Staff is very incompetent ..
Dr. Simpson gave me my first pair of glasses over 30 years ago and he continues to provide outstanding care and service. He is a very skilled and knowledgeable eye doctor and hes provided excellent service to three generations of my family for many years. Recently, he fitted me with a new pair of contacts for astigmatism and he spent a lot of time ensuring they were the best prescription and fit for me.
