They will change their "policies", not tell their patients, and then take away life-saving care/medicine and leave you high and dry with no explanation. Has this happened to you? I have Apple Care Medical Group as a health care provider. They have a policy of requiring a 24 cancellation notice otherwise there is a no-show fee. Which is understandable. I called the day before my appointment and couldn’t get a live person so I left a message. Last week i received a bill for $25 for not showing up. Love seeing Dr. Batin. My whole family is now seeing her. Compassionate care. Listens well. Great treatment.
As a new resident of the area looking for a primary care doctor, I chose Dr. Batin because she is not only listed as internal medicine, but also geriatric. She has been my primary care doctor for two years and I have been pleased with how thorough she is and that she goes over all test results with explanations. I would choose her again.
Terrible experience with this office. When dr Donald Cassidy was here things were ran smoothly and you could actually get an appointment. I waited two months for an appointment and they ended up canceling my appointment. I showed up and they said “we didn’t have you down” What a joke . I had an appointment card also!
