I have been having problems with my 2016 Lexus for a while. The car jerks right when I turn it on and put it into gear. I have taken it to many shops, but they couldn’t figure out why my car was doing that. A friend of mine recommended Hemet auto air and repair. Stoped at Auto Air & Repair and it was a relief. My check engine light had popped up, and Armondo there resolved the issue with impressive speed—literally right away! The customer service was excellent, making the whole unexpected stop pleasant and stress-free. He clearly explained the problem, fixed it fast, and had me back on the road in no time.
Great service I had an Ac problem and they resolved the problem fast and are very professional I would recommend 10 out of 10
I had a great experience customer service was excellent the work was done in a timely manner and was updated during the process and my AC unit is blow cool again
I called them on Wednesday to see if they can replace splash guards on a 2017 Nissan Altima and the cost of it, and they left me on hold for ten minutes then randomly hung up on me. I could’ve just drove over there and asked after that happened, but I didn’t want to do that considering they put me on hold for ten minutes. What if they leave me on heard when I go in to ask? So, I didn’t want to go through that hassle and didn’t bother going in.
