I have had to call Hemers 3 times and each time I’ve called Hemer’s they have come. They do good work, and as for me highly recommended but pricey.

we had plumbing issues in our basement so we called this number they charged us $80 to turn on the hot water heater and didn't drain the basement basically said we had to do that I then called up wall lake plumbing and they were able to drain the basement and turn on the hot water heater not only that but they were also willing to teach me some things about plumbing called them again for another house and same treatment wall lake was very nice and professional where as Hemer's was very rude may this be a learning experience ... read more

Never had an issue with them. Been pretty responsive when we needed their service. Friendly and informative.

Heater went out I explained it was an emergency because I have a 9 month old and 3 year old in the house and the lady laughed at me. Never heard anything good about this company. WORTHLESS
