Extremely disappointed with the service at Hemel Car Sales. Whilst I was greeted by a friendly sales person the rest of my experience was appalling. Nobody accompanied me to the vehicle I was collecting. Nobody went through the vehicle with me explaining its features etc. The car was dirty inside and out. Questions were asked about the car mats etc. to which the response was I don't know. Business seems good but the sales team need personal interaction more because it seems "one man shows"
Went with my sister today to buy a car. Great salesmanship. Had lots of time … and patience after we tested several cars. Came away with a lovely Ford KA. Would definitely recommend. Going back soon to buy my Son a car when he passes his test😄
