The team was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. They were professional, efficient, and made everything straightforward. Highly recommend their services.
Don't bother with them. Ridiculous people who would dare ask me to cut my own concrete just to fix their sloppy planning. No formal channel, no good reason, and very underhanded approach that seems to stepping away from both the builder and the owner and directly contact me, the neighbour house. Unreasonably unprofessional, and I suspect very shady conduct.
They are an absolute sham of a company. I was unfortunate and had no choice but to work with this company during my home build and there were major issues that they did not fix and have had them come down several times to fix major issues. It was non compliant at all! As first home builders, we were quite unaware of certain process and they did not even bother to take us through certain processes like our water heater, which is causing us more money to get it sorted amongst other things. Don't bother with them. We bought a million dollar property 2yrs ago that these guys did the electrical for. 1st issue was the fans were all labelled/installed upside down. 2nd issue, the aircon installed in the lounge/kitchen/dining open area was too small to actually cool the area and extremely loud up in the roof, so had to move that and buy a bigger one.
