Honestly unless you have a free service or a recall don’t go here. I’m out 1200 bucks due to them keeping my car for almost four weeks they only gave me a rental after a week of having to chase them down for an update and took it back after not fixing the problem. Just a waste of time and money
Do not take your car to this dealership. Over the past four months, I’ve had to bring my vehicle in multiple times, and each visit has resulted in new problems after I got it back. The most recent repair wasn’t even completed properly, and I’m now experiencing additional issues on top of the original ones. At this point, my car has more problems than it did when I first brought it in, and several of the issues that were supposed to be fixed still aren’t resolved. If I could give zero stars…I WOULD! Oil change and break pad replacement. Dropped off in the morning and was given a ballpark of late afternoon. Never received a call showed up at 430pm and was told they were not done and still needed to do the oil change and that it would be another 30-45 minutes. Didn’t leave till 545 pm. Took 7.5 hours to complete. I’ve been coming here for awhile now and even with an appointment a basic oil change would take 2-3 hours even if you show up first thing in the morning. Horrible service. We have taken our cars here for a few years now. Recently, the service department has had issues with estimated times of service, poor communication and just overall unfriendliness. In the past month we have had multiples issues with communication and being told one thing just to arrive and be told something else.
