I have had multiple issues with my car, and Jose the service advisor never responds. Always rude, and this will be my 3rd time bringing it in for the same issue. I would expect some type of courtesy as it’s a brand new mache, but no they told me they weren’t gonna give me a loaner and to pick it up as an ultimatum. Super unprofessional and unorganized. I regret buying this car and bringing it to such a miserable dealer.
Very reasonable price point to get your car serviced
Honestly unless you have a free service or a recall don’t go here. I’m out 1200 bucks due to them keeping my car for almost four weeks they only gave me a rental after a week of having to chase them down for an update and took it back after not fixing the problem. Just a waste of time and money
Do not take your car to this dealership. Over the past four months, I’ve had to bring my vehicle in multiple times, and each visit has resulted in new problems after I got it back. The most recent repair wasn’t even completed properly, and I’m now experiencing additional issues on top of the original ones. At this point, my car has more problems than it did when I first brought it in, and several of the issues that were supposed to be fixed still aren’t resolved.
