I brought my vehicle to Hemborg Ford in December 2024 for a leak, which they diagnosed as needing a transfer case reseal, oil pan reseal, and CV shaft replacements. I was told i had to replace the whole power steering system for $4800 just because there was a light indicating a fault which I resolved replacing a fuse on the battery connection. Then, I was told I had to replace the whole main circuit box and connections ($1800) because my Sync Screen is black and there was one wire that was grounded that caused some electrical issues which i was able to resolve by simply tracing the electrical wires and checking the voltage which they didn’t even give a crap about checking then updating ... read more

Please read before you buy!!!!!!! I traded my vehicle in on January 31st. I started to receive tickets a few weeks later I reached out to the dealership they told me they sold the vehicle 3 days after and it wasn't their fault. Fast forward 2 and 1/2 months later I went in today and was refused service and asked to leave the property.
