They don't even answer their phone. 4 months to get an appointment. 6 messages to their answering service never called back. Terrible customer service. How are they in business is surprise to me! That abusing patients that needs care
The front desk has been absolutely horrendous. They cancel appointments the day before and tell you it’s because of your medical insurance. Why do they wait until a day before to call? I advise anyone that goes here to follow up on your own because they won’t do there due diligence. Sloppy work.
I have had issues in the past. However, I have let them go. Today, I had an appointment. When I arrived, I was told that I couldn't be seen because the referral was expired. The staff person said, "You were told this when I made the appt.!" Absolute fabrication. Whoever made the appt marked that she told me. However, she did not. I have a wonderful primary dr, who would have processed the referral immediately.
