I’d give 0 if I could. Such a horrible experience just trying to book an appointment with them. So much incompetence and horrible bedside manner.
Dr. Peng did not even give my mother in law the time of day, nor did he bother to do further testing to confirm was already suspected as ovarian cancer by CMH doctors.
I am 43 years old and have had my share of different health care providers and this is by far the worst experience I have had with a medical provider as a whole. The doctor (Dr. Peng) listens to concerns and explains reports well however has no knowledge of up-to-date treatments or clinical trials and specifically said "I'm not as experienced as other specialty Dr's". The front office has no customer service experience and are rude. Their referral process severely lacks organization and I constantly have to call to remind th... read more

It was like being treated in a third-world country. The facility was unkept. The first Dr didn't even want to do a breast exam for breast cancer, and the second doctor was just arrogant. I was lucky to be able to be switched to UCLA.
