Called to schedule a new patient appointment to get a second opinion and after starting to schedule and they looked up my chart they put me on hold and said oh our doctors don’t schedule second opinions anymore
This was my first time to the office. The front desk staff was very helpful, the lady in the lab came & got me right away, got me back in a room, & I saw the Dr in record time. I was in & out in 30 mins. Keep up the excellent work everyone!
She is a very caring dr. Been taking care of my husband with cancer and he's still here god is good and so is she 7 yrs she's been treating him and been down alot of rodes
0/10 would recommend. The front office staff are incredibly rude and do not follow up on any patient concerns. Gatekeeping appointments for follow ups that are marked as urgent from another network Dr. It's been over a week since I was released from the hospital and I haven't been able to even remotely get close to making an appointment as directed by my doctor. I can't imagine the doctors are much better than their rude, unreliable, and apathetic staff.
