Pathetic front desk. They never answer the call. I have been calling them from past 3 weeks, but they never answer. I would recommend going to other hematologist
I had my first appointment at HOC on 1/19/2026 and upon arrival, Rachel greeted me with kindness. Dr. Koduri was so nice and informative regarding my steps moving forward and Daisy was also very pleasant and supportive. Overall, my time at the facility was comforting and it felt good to be reassured that I would be just fine.
Amazing staff! They were very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Communication was also great .
