Terrible, walked into the office telling me I needed 6 rounds of chemo and don't worry about losing my hair because insurance pays for a wig. When I asked what my onco score was she had never orderd it. Never went back. Went to another oncologist and my onco score was a 10 no need for chemo. Stay away far away! And that was in January of 21, just received a call on 11/16/22 asking me when I am making my follow up appointment! Terrible

Aggressively disorganized staff; negative experience when they are asked questions which require them to work. I should have known on our very first appointment when we both fell asleep waiting to be called. Then after hours of waiting my friend was told that the Doctor could only give her an introductory visit. I asked questions anyway and the Doctor finally said that the answers would have to wait until the next time. Doctors were pleasant and caring. HOWEVER, office staff is very unorganized. One hand doesn’t know what the other is doing. Important testing was ordered for my dad and they only sent one set of orders. Had I not called to follow up tissue samples from needle biopsy would not have ever been. Done. 3 weeks waiting only to be told ‘oops we messed up’ now waiting another 2 weeks for results. If your life depends on it, I’d suggest you go elsewhere for your cancer care

I find the doctors and nurses very knowledgeable in proving Oncology services. In addition, they show empathy towards the patients they serve. The place is clean and well organized. The front desk and lab technicians are great people as well. Confidentiality is practiced as well. The treatment area is in superb condition and is spacious. It is set up to make the patients feel comfortable and at ease while undergoing treatment.
