Be wary when visiting the group.. you'll be waiting 3 hours before being seen at your scheduled appointment. They are scheduling appointments at the time knowing the doctor will not be in for that appointed time... No sense....Just wasting the patients time
Dr Raj is so caring and attentive they have the best staffs working with smile and courteous I’m so glad to switch to Dr Raj
Does not make sense to make an appointment here. They accept all the walk ins as they arrive. Appointments get called back on average 2 hours after agreed upon time.
I have been going to the West Orange location with my family for many years. Unfortunately, care has declined significantly. With the exception of Maria the front desk receptionists are IGNORANT. When you ask a question (for example, how much longer is the wait) they begin to talk over you and get loud so that everyone in the lobby can observe. Very unprofessional staff. They over schedule appointments, you are waiting a minimum of 2 1/2 hours and only to see the Dr. for five minutes. Do yourself a favor and find another PCP... read more
